The truck is in excellent condition. It only needs to maintain the routine maintenance, and there will be no problem at all. However, some of the quality of the concrete mixer trucks is not very good, and the peak period can only be about one year. Therefore, there will be no major quality problems in the first year of operation of the new car. However, if the concrete mixer has been used for more than two years, it is necessary to gradually change some of the most easily worn parts.

1、新車養護，又稱試運轉養護。新車或大修后的車輛需求進行試運轉，試運轉完畢后，有必要對車輛進行保護養護。起主要內容是：清洗光滑體系;替換光滑油;按規則紐矩從頭擰緊缸蓋螺母;查看調整傳動皮帶、操作組織、氣門空隙以及連接件的緊固狀況等。

2、班次養護，又稱日常養護。每班(天)作業后應對車輛進行清洗和查看。發現光滑油和冷卻水缺乏時，應從頭進行增加。

3、定時養護，又稱依照規則時期養護。即通常所說的技能養護。小型拖拉機有二級，轎車有三級，大中型拖拉機有四級。每級養護都有具有養護內容和斷定的養護周期，機手應準時按項認真完成。
