開混凝土罐車需要注意什么？

攪拌車所運(yùn)輸?shù)幕炷烈ＷC其質(zhì)量及塌落度符合混凝土行業(yè)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及要求。

小型攪拌車在道路上行駛，其上裝的加長(zhǎng)料槽要放置在卸料溜槽的支架上并用掛鉤固定好，不允許掛在主排料槽上工作，主卸料槽要旋轉(zhuǎn)到固定的位置，拉下定位手柄，用鎖緊手柄將彈簧變幅組織鎖緊，避免由于不固定而晃動(dòng)，造成傷人及其它事故。

大型攪拌車在混凝土運(yùn)輸過程中上裝罐體不能停轉(zhuǎn)，否則會(huì)造成混凝土凝結(jié)，而且停轉(zhuǎn)后重新啟動(dòng)時(shí)會(huì)對(duì)液壓系統(tǒng)和減速機(jī)造成沖擊，導(dǎo)致液壓泵和馬達(dá)的損壞。

自上料混凝土攪拌罐車
攪拌車在卸料的時(shí)候，如果發(fā)現(xiàn)混凝土水分蒸發(fā)過多，塌落度偏低，不能滿足質(zhì)量要求，可以適當(dāng)?shù)耐迌?nèi)加水，然后以10-14轉(zhuǎn)/分的速度旋轉(zhuǎn)30分鐘后再卸料，讓混凝土充分?jǐn)嚢琛?/div>
When the mixer truck is discharging, if it is found that the concrete moisture evaporates too much and the slump is too low to meet the quality requirements, it can properly add water to the tank, and then rotate at the speed of 10-14 rpm for 30 minutes before discharging, so that the concrete can be fully mixed.
攪拌車在空載中上裝罐體也不可以停轉(zhuǎn)，否則在行車過程中車輛的晃動(dòng)很容易造成滾道和托輪部分磕碰的，這樣托輪和滾道就會(huì)過早的損壞。
