① After driving 1000-1500km, the connecting bolts of the transmission shaft shall be tightened again, and the universal joint shall be lubricated with general lithium grease by hand pressure grease gun, which shall be lubricated regularly later.

　　⑤ 在整車大修時(shí)，應(yīng)注意檢查萬向節(jié)在軸承中的松動(dòng)量及滑動(dòng)花鍵的磨損情況。當(dāng)發(fā)現(xiàn)十字軸承的徑向和軸間間隙過大、十字軸軸頸上有明顯溝痕或花鍵齒磨損嚴(yán)重時(shí)，應(yīng)更換相應(yīng)總成，必要時(shí)更換傳動(dòng)軸總成。

　　⑤ During the overhaul of the whole vehicle, pay attention to check the looseness of the universal joint in the bearing and the wear of the sliding spline. When it is found that the radial and inter shaft clearance of the cross bearing is too large, there are obvious grooves on the cross shaft journal or the spline teeth are seriously worn, the corresponding assembly shall be replaced, and the transmission shaft assembly shall be replaced if necessary.
