小型自上料混凝土攪拌罐車需要哪些核心部分組成?

攪拌筒和支撐其輔助件構(gòu)成攪拌裝置。攪拌筒是小型自上料混凝土攪拌罐車比較重要的工作部件,絕大部分采用梨形結(jié)構(gòu)。整個(gè)攪拌筒的殼體是一個(gè)變截面不對(duì)稱的雙錐體,外形似梨。中部直徑較大,兩端對(duì)接一對(duì)不等長的截頭圓錐,前段錐體較短,端面與一封頭焊接在一起;后段錐體較長,端部開口。

通過攪拌筒的軸線在前端面上安裝著法蘭,后段錐體上有一環(huán)形滾道,它焊接在垂直于攪拌筒軸線的平面圓周上。整個(gè)攪拌筒通過轉(zhuǎn)軸和環(huán)形滾道,傾斜臥置在固定于副車架上的調(diào)心軸承和一對(duì)支承托輪所組成的三點(diǎn)支承結(jié)構(gòu)上,所以攪拌筒能平穩(wěn)地繞其軸線轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)。攪拌筒的驅(qū)動(dòng)動(dòng)力來自于液壓馬達(dá)對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)軸的驅(qū)動(dòng)。
A flange is installed on the front end face through the central axis of the mixing drum, and there is an annular raceway on the back cone, which is welded on the plane circumference perpendicular to the axis of the mixing drum. Through the central shaft and annular raceway, the whole mixing drum is inclined and lying on the three-point supporting structure composed of the self-aligning bearing fixed on the subframe and a pair of supporting rollers, so the mixing drum can rotate smoothly around its axis. The driving power of mixing drum comes from the drive of hydraulic motor to the central shaft.
自上料混凝土攪拌罐車
攪拌筒從筒口到筒內(nèi),沿內(nèi)壁對(duì)稱地焊接著2條帶狀的螺旋葉片,當(dāng)小型自上料混凝土攪拌罐車攪拌筒轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)時(shí)兩條螺旋葉片被帶動(dòng),作圍繞攪拌筒軸線的螺旋運(yùn)動(dòng),這是攪拌筒對(duì)混凝土進(jìn)行攪拌或卸料的基本裝置。攪拌筒內(nèi)還裝有為提高攪拌效率的攪拌板和擴(kuò)展翅。
Two ribbon spiral blades are symmetrically welded along the inner wall of the mixing drum from the mouth to the inner wall. When the mixing drum of a small concrete mixer truck rotates, the two spiral blades are driven to make a spiral movement around the axis of the mixing drum. This is the basic device for mixing or discharging concrete by the mixing drum. The mixing drum is also equipped with a mixing plate and a spreading wing to improve the mixing efficiency.
在攪拌筒筒口處,沿2條螺旋葉片內(nèi)邊緣焊接著一個(gè)進(jìn)料小錐,它將筒口以同心圓的形式分割為內(nèi)外2部分,部分為進(jìn)料口,混凝土由此裝入攪拌筒內(nèi);進(jìn)料小錐與筒壁形成的環(huán)形空間為出料口,卸料時(shí),混凝土在葉片反向螺旋運(yùn)動(dòng)的推力下,從此流出。
A feeding cone is welded along the inner edge of the two spiral blades at the opening of the mixing drum. It divides the cylinder mouth into two parts in the form of concentric circles, and the central part is the feeding port, so the concrete is put into the mixing drum; the annular space formed by the feeding cone and the cylinder wall is the discharge port. When discharging, the concrete flows out under the thrust of the reverse spiral movement of the blade.
由上可見螺旋葉片的作用非常重要,小型自上料混凝土攪拌罐車工作過程中受到?jīng)_擊力和磨損比較嚴(yán)重,破損會(huì)使混凝土攪拌的不均勻。另外,螺旋葉片的角度設(shè)計(jì)若不合理,也有可能使混凝土發(fā)生離析現(xiàn)象。
