3,   液壓油變質(zhì)或乳化，潤滑性能下降，加速油封磨損。

3. The deterioration or emulsification of hydraulic oil will reduce the lubrication performance and accelerate the wear of oil seal.

處理方案：盡快更換液壓油和濾芯，嚴(yán)重時需要清洗系統(tǒng)。

Solution: replace the hydraulic oil and filter element as soon as possible, and clean the system in serious cases.

4,   傳動軸動平衡失效，擺動量大，引起主軸擺動油封偏磨。

4. The dynamic balance of the transmission shaft is invalid and the swing momentum is large, resulting in eccentric wear of the main shaft swing oil seal.

處理方案：及時校正或更換傳動軸。

Solution: correct or replace the transmission shaft in time.

5,   泵支架松動、開焊或泵固定螺栓松動，引起液壓泵整體抖動，油封磨損。

處理方案：經(jīng)常檢查，排除隱患，預(yù)防和避免故障。

6,   系統(tǒng)回油不暢，回油管或散熱器堵塞，造成泵馬達(dá)殼腔壓力增大，引起油封漏油。

6. The oil return of the system is not smooth, and the oil return pipe or radiator is blocked, resulting in an increase in the pressure in the pump motor housing cavity and oil leakage of the oil seal.

處理方案：排除堵塞，保持回油循環(huán)順暢。

Solution: remove the blockage and keep the oil return circulation smooth.

7,    散熱器不散熱，造成油溫過高，粘度和潤滑性下降、油封過熱密封失效。

7. The radiator does not dissipate heat, resulting in excessive oil temperature, decreased viscosity and lubricity, overheating of oil seal and seal failure.

方案：及時排除散熱器故障，盡快為系統(tǒng)降溫，防止泵馬達(dá)磨損。必要時停車熄火，用水沖泵馬達(dá)和散熱器殼體降溫。

Scheme: eliminate the radiator failure in time, cool the system as soon as possible, and prevent the pump motor from wearing. If necessary, stop the engine and flush the pump motor and radiator housing with water to cool down.

8,   冬季起車時預(yù)熱不足，油溫過低，油液和油封沒有達(dá)到工作溫度。

8. When starting in winter, the preheating is insufficient, the oil temperature is too low, and the oil and oil seal do not reach the optimal working temperature.

處理方案：起車時，停罐怠速運轉(zhuǎn)十到二十分鐘，待油溫正常后再轉(zhuǎn)罐工作。

Solution: when starting, stop the tank and idle for 10 to 20 minutes, and turn the tank to work after the oil temperature is normal.
