一、攪拌車重且高，易側翻！入彎之前提前減速減擋，盡量別拐彎的時候踩剎車。隨時通過后視鏡注意觀察罐子是否在轉，把轉速盡量調慢，轉速過高，車輛容易擺動。
1、 The mixer truck is heavy and high, easy to roll over! Slow down and downshift in advance before turning, and try not to brake when turning. Observe whether the tank is rotating through the rearview mirror at any time, and adjust the speed as slowly as possible. If the speed is too high, the vehicle is easy to swing.
二、攪拌車在露天場地停放時，裝料前應先將攪拌筒反轉，把筒內的積水(或雨水)和雜物卸出，以保證運送混凝土的質量和裝載容積。
2、 When the mixer truck is parked in the open field, the mixing drum shall be reversed before loading, and the accumulated water (or rainwater) and sundries in the drum shall be discharged to ensure the quality and loading capacity of the concrete transported.
三、現在所有的地面都有自己的承受力。當超過這個承受力時，很有可能會造成地面塌陷，或者造成地面損壞。因此，攪拌車運輸混泥土不能超過規定的重量。
3、 Now all the ground has its own bearing capacity. When the bearing capacity is exceeded, it is likely to cause ground collapse or damage. Therefore, the concrete transported by the mixer truck shall not exceed the specified weight.

四、在公路上行駛時，加長溜槽需要放置在卸料溜槽支架上并用掛鉤掛牢，不允許掛在主排料溜槽上運行；主排料溜槽要旋轉到固定位置，拉下定位手柄，用鎖緊手柄將彈簧變幅機構鎖止，防止由于不固定而搖擺，造成傷人事故和影響其它車輛運行可能。
4、 When driving on the highway, the extended chute shall be placed on the discharge chute bracket and hung firmly with hooks, and it is not allowed to hang on the main discharge chute for operation; The main discharge chute shall be rotated to a fixed position, the positioning handle shall be pulled down, and the spring luffing mechanism shall be locked with the locking handle to prevent swinging due to non fixation, which may cause personal injury and affect the operation of other vehicles.
五、定期檢查螺栓、馬卡等緊固件，如有松動及時緊縛，防止螺栓脫落、斷裂等帶來危險。
5、 Regularly check the bolts, clamps and other fasteners. If they are loose, tighten them in time to prevent them from falling off and breaking.
六要知道，不管什么東西都是有一定的承受能力的。攪拌車也不列外，所以為了保住車內的一些組成零件，在工作的時候，盡量不要超過8個小時。避免在超過它自身壓力的時候，出現什么故障。
Sixth, we should know that no matter what, we have a certain tolerance. The mixer truck is not included in the list, so in order to keep some components in the truck, it should not work for more than 8 hours. Avoid any failure when exceeding its own pressure.
七、卸料完畢，要將罐體內部，進出料斗、排料溜槽及時沖洗，防止結塊對下次使用造成影響。長時間停用時同時，要對整車進行系統保養。
7、 After unloading, the inside of the tank, the inlet and outlet hopper and the discharge chute shall be flushed in time to prevent agglomeration from affecting the next use. When it is stopped for a long time, system maintenance shall be carried out for the whole vehicle.
