拌車是在建筑工地更常見的一種專用車輛,建筑工地上一般路況都不好,而攪拌車因為運輸介質(zhì)是混凝土,重量又比較大,所以在發(fā)動機的選擇上多選馬力大,動力足的,在購買車輛的時候,我們常常聽說中冷增壓發(fā)動機、渦輪增壓發(fā)動。

中冷增壓就是當渦輪增壓器將新鮮空氣壓縮經(jīng)中段冷卻器冷卻,然后經(jīng)進氣管、進氣門流至汽缸燃燒室。有效的中冷技術可使增壓溫度下降到50攝氏度以下,有助于減少廢氣的排放和提高燃油的經(jīng)濟性。
Intercooling supercharging is when the turbocharger compresses the fresh air, cools it through the middle cooler, and then flows to the cylinder combustion chamber through the air inlet pipe and intake valve. 中冷增壓實際上是一種空氣壓縮機,通過壓縮空氣來增加進氣量,它是利用發(fā)動機排出的廢氣慣性沖力來推動渦輪室內(nèi)的渦輪,渦輪又帶動同軸的葉輪,葉輪壓送空氣濾清器送來的空氣,使之增壓進入氣缸。當發(fā)動機轉(zhuǎn)速增快,廢氣排出速度與渦輪轉(zhuǎn)速也同步增快,葉輪就壓縮更多的空氣進入氣缸,空氣的壓力和密度增大可以燃燒更多的燃料,相應增加燃料和調(diào)整一下發(fā)動機的轉(zhuǎn)速,就可以增加發(fā)動機的輸出功率。

中冷增壓系統(tǒng)平時是不工作的,只有當車輛滿載或者達到一定的速度時,中冷增壓可以是柴油機在排量不變,重量增加不大的情況下達到增加輸出功率的目的,與相同功率的非增壓柴油機相比,增壓柴油機不僅體積小,重量輕,功率大,而且還降低了單位功率的成本,因此,增壓技術不僅廣泛應用在柴油機上,現(xiàn)在很多燃油為汽油的車輛也在使用中冷增壓系統(tǒng),它是改善內(nèi)燃發(fā)動機的重要技術手段。
