一、整車的外廓尺寸應(yīng)符國家標準的規(guī)定。并按批準的產(chǎn)品圖樣及技術(shù)文件制造。

二、外購件、外協(xié)件均應(yīng)有制造廠的產(chǎn)品合格證，并符合相關(guān)標準的要求，經(jīng)攪拌車生產(chǎn)廠檢驗合格后方可裝配。

2、 The purchased parts and outsourcing parts shall have the product certificate of the manufacturer and meet the requirements of relevant standards. They can be assembled only after passing the inspection of the mixer manufacturer.

三、攪拌車的廠定大總質(zhì)量不得超過底盤的大許用值，轉(zhuǎn)向軸(輪)載質(zhì)量和側(cè)傾穩(wěn)定角應(yīng)符合GB7258的規(guī)定。

3、 The total mass of the mixer determined by the factory shall not exceed the maximum allowable value of the chassis, and the steering shaft (wheel) load mass and roll stability angle shall comply with the provisions of GB7258.

四、焊縫應(yīng)均勻、平直。無漏焊、裂紋、央渣、表面應(yīng)無毛邊，包砂等現(xiàn)象。

4、 The weld should be even and straight. There shall be no weld leakage, crack, slag, burr and sand coating on the surface.

五、所有外露黑色金屬表面均應(yīng)作防銹處理。外表裝飾漆應(yīng)美觀大方，符合GB7258的規(guī)定。

5、 All exposed ferrous metal surfaces shall be treated with anti rust treatment. The exterior decorative paint shall be beautiful and elegant, and comply with the provisions of GB7258.

六、從進料到輸送卸料完畢，允許的長時間為90mh，且攪拌筒按規(guī)定連續(xù)運輸不大于300轉(zhuǎn)。攪拌車行駛時，高車速不得超過如50km/h

七、裝入預(yù)拌混凝土在規(guī)定的攪動轉(zhuǎn)速和輸送時間運送到交貸地點后，泥凝土質(zhì)量應(yīng)符國標要求。

7、 After the ready mixed concrete is loaded and transported to the delivery place at the specified stirring speed and delivery time, the quality of the concrete should meet the requirements of the national standard.

八、進料斗出口尺寸不小于歷650mm，距地面高度應(yīng)不大于3.8m。

8、 The size of the feed hopper outlet shall not be less than 650mm, and the height from the ground shall not be more than 3.8m.

九、水泥攪拌車的出料速度不小于0.65m3/min，出料殘余率小于2-5%。攪拌車的進料速度不小于2.7m3/min

9、 The discharging speed of cement mixer is not less than 0.65m3/min, and the discharging residual rate is less than 2-5%. The feeding speed of the mixer shall not be less than 2.7m3/min

十、輸送應(yīng)安裝牢固。各連接部分部件不應(yīng)有損壞、變形等現(xiàn)象，不應(yīng)有上車與底盤偏離原先的固定裝置的情況。

10、 The conveyor should be installed firmly. The connecting parts shall not be damaged or deformed, and the upper part and chassis shall not deviate from the original fixing device.

十一、車在大總質(zhì)量狀態(tài)下，以20km/h的速度府能通過14%的坡道外溢。

11、 Under the condition of large total mass, the vehicle can overflow through 14% of the ramp at the speed of 20km / h.

十二、制動性能府符合國標規(guī)定。行駛車外噪聲應(yīng)符國標要求。

12、 The braking performance meets the national standard. The noise outside the driving vehicle shall meet the requirements of the national standard.

十三、整車的各項密封性能良好，各密封面、管接頭及所有連接部位均不得有滲油漏氣的現(xiàn)象。

13、 The sealing performance of the whole vehicle is good, and all sealing surfaces, pipe joints and all connecting parts shall be free of oil and gas leakage.
