1、如果在啟動時只聽到啟動機電磁開關發出“咯咯”聲，但曲軸卻不轉動。這種情況有可能是蓄電池“斷格”造成的。

2、如果極樁、極樁夾子接觸不良而發熱燒損，這時啟動移動式自動上料攪拌車就會出現突然轉動無力，并伴有燒橡膠氣味或蓄電池處冒煙現象。

3、它的蓄電池自放電嚴重，其極板、隔板嚴重老化時，就會出現臨時停車每次都能啟動，但停車時間較長或第二天啟動自動上料攪拌車時卻只能使曲軸轉一下。那個時候您可以考慮更換蓄電池。

3. Its battery has a serious self discharge. When its electrode plate and diaphragm are seriously aged, it will stop temporarily and can be started every time, but the crankshaft can only be turned when the parking time is long or the automatic feeding mixer is started the next day. At that time, you can consider replacing the battery.

4、如果啟動時只有輕微“嗒”的一聲，之后就再沒有任何反應時，就可以是啟動繼電器發卡出了問題。

5、當飛輪齒圈的嚙合切入面變形的時候，就會出現啟動時啟動機驅動齒輪與發動機飛輪齒圈會發出撞擊的空轉聲。

6、當啟動機電磁開關的保持線圈錯接在了電源接線柱上或鑰匙開關上的3根線接錯時，電源總開關一接通，就會出現啟動機驅動齒輪就和飛輪齒圈嚙合在一起轉動的現象。
