1. After unloading at the construction site, immediately flush the inlet hopper, outlet hopper, discharge chute and other places with the hose attached to the self-loading mixer truck to remove the sludge and concrete adhering to the vehicle body. On the way back to the mixing station, 150-200L water shall be injected into the mixing drum to clean the concrete residue bonded to the drum wall and blades.

2、每天工作結(jié)束后，司機(jī)應(yīng)負(fù)責(zé)向攪拌筒內(nèi)注入清水并高速（14—18轉(zhuǎn)/分）旋轉(zhuǎn)5—10分鐘，然后將水排去，以保障筒內(nèi)清潔。用高壓水清洗攪拌筒各個(gè)部分時(shí)，應(yīng)注意避開儀表及操縱桿等部位。壓力水噴嘴與車身油漆表面間的距離不得小于40厘米。

2. At the end of each day's work, the driver shall be responsible for injecting clean water into the mixing drum and rotating it at high speed (14-18 rpm) for 5-10 minutes, and then draining the water to ensure the cleanness of the drum. When using high-pressure water to clean all parts of the mixing drum, attention should be paid to avoiding the parts such as instruments and control rods. The distance between the pressure water nozzle and the body paint surface shall not be less than 40 cm.

3、清除攪拌筒內(nèi)外積污及殘存的混凝土渣塊時(shí)，以及在機(jī)修人員進(jìn)入筒內(nèi)進(jìn)行檢修和焊補(bǔ)作業(yè)時(shí)，需先關(guān)閉自上料攪拌車發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)，使攪拌筒完全停止轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)。在機(jī)修人員進(jìn)入筒內(nèi)工作期間，應(yīng)該保障拌筒內(nèi)通風(fēng)良好，空氣新鮮，無(wú)可然氣體及有害灰塵，氧氣供應(yīng)充足。在筒內(nèi)使用電動(dòng)工具操作時(shí)，操作人員應(yīng)該有良好的絕緣保護(hù)。

3. When removing the dirt and residual concrete slag inside and outside the mixing drum, as well as when the mechanical maintenance personnel enter the drum for maintenance and welding repair operations, it is necessary to shut down the engine of the self-feeding mixing truck to completely stop the mixing drum. During the period when the machine maintenance personnel enter the mixing drum for work, they should ensure that the mixing drum is well ventilated, fresh air, free of natural gas and harmful dust, and sufficient oxygen supply. When using electric tools in the cylinder, the operator should have good insulation protection.

4、工作時(shí)，不得將手伸入旋轉(zhuǎn)的攪拌筒內(nèi)，嚴(yán)禁將手伸入主卸料溜槽和加長(zhǎng)卸料溜槽的連接部位自動(dòng)，工作人員如何規(guī)范操作自上料攪拌車以免發(fā)生事故。
