1、水泥出料前，攪拌筒應(yīng)以10～12rpm的轉(zhuǎn)速旋轉(zhuǎn)1分鐘后出料。

2、卸料后，應(yīng)立即用車上的軟管沖洗入口、卸料漏斗和卸料槽，將附著在車體上的污垢和殘余混凝土排出，然后向攪拌筒內(nèi)注水。回程時，攪拌筒應(yīng)緩慢轉(zhuǎn)動，清理內(nèi)壁，以免殘留的爐渣附著在筒壁上，攪拌葉片在一次裝料前將水排干。

After discharging, the hose on the truck shall be used to flush the inlet, discharge funnel and discharge tank immediately to discharge the dirt and residual concrete attached to the truck body, and then inject water into the mixing drum. 3、運輸水泥時，發(fā)動機轉(zhuǎn)速在1000-1400轉(zhuǎn)/分范圍內(nèi)，使發(fā)動機產(chǎn)生扭矩，轉(zhuǎn)速不超過40公里/小時

4、水泥攪拌運輸車完工后，應(yīng)對攪拌筒內(nèi)部和筒體進行清理，不得將剩余混凝土留在攪拌筒內(nèi)。

5、水泵工作時，嚴(yán)禁空轉(zhuǎn)，連續(xù)使用時間不得超過15分鐘。

6、水箱的水量應(yīng)始終處于滿水狀態(tài)，以備緊急使用。冬季停機后，應(yīng)將水箱、水泵、水管、攪拌桶內(nèi)的水排干，并將水貯存在朝陽無水的地方，以免凍傷機器。

7、冬季攪拌車應(yīng)及時安裝保溫套管，并用防凍劑保護攪拌機。燃油標(biāo)簽應(yīng)根據(jù)天氣變化進行更換，以保證機器的正常使用。

8、泥攪拌運輸車液力傳動部分檢修時，發(fā)動機、液壓泵應(yīng)無壓運轉(zhuǎn)。
