Method 1:

1、準(zhǔn)備好緊急驅(qū)動(dòng)軟管，將故障商品混凝土水泥攪拌運(yùn)輸車(chē)熄火，卸下液壓馬達(dá)上的高壓油管接頭。

1. Prepare the emergency drive hose, turn off the faulty commercial concrete cement mixer truck, and remove the high-pressure oil pipe connector on the hydraulic motor.

2、將救援車(chē)熄火，將其液壓馬達(dá)的高壓油管卸下，并與故障車(chē)上的對(duì)應(yīng)接頭用緊急驅(qū)動(dòng)軟管相連。

2. Turn off the rescue vehicle, remove the high-pressure oil pipe of its hydraulic motor, and connect it with the corresponding connector on the faulty vehicle with emergency drive hose.

3、發(fā)動(dòng)救援車(chē)，將其操縱手柄撥至出料位置，故障車(chē)內(nèi)的商品混凝土即被排出。

3. Start the rescue vehicle, turn its control handle to the discharge position, and the commercial concrete in the faulty vehicle will be discharged.

4、緊急驅(qū)動(dòng)完畢后，將驅(qū)動(dòng)軟管卸下，并恢復(fù)兩車(chē)原狀。

方法二：

1、若一個(gè)方法實(shí)行有困難，則必須采用以下方法，立即排出商品混凝土。

2、在托輪和滾道之間放入木楔，以控制攪拌筒的旋轉(zhuǎn)，一定要注意安全;將發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)熄火，拆松液壓馬達(dá)的一根高壓油管，攪拌筒可自由旋轉(zhuǎn)，控制攪拌筒的旋轉(zhuǎn)，使維修孔轉(zhuǎn)到下部，然后打開(kāi)維修孔，清理出筒內(nèi)商品混凝土。此時(shí)一定要注意安全，商品混凝土排出完畢后，恢復(fù)商品混凝土水泥攪拌運(yùn)輸車(chē)原狀。

2. Put a wooden wedge between the supporting wheel and the raceway to control the rotation of the mixing drum. Be sure to pay attention to safety; Turn off the engine, remove a high-pressure oil pipe of the hydraulic motor, the mixing drum can rotate freely, control the rotation of the mixing drum, turn the maintenance hole to the lower part, and then open the maintenance hole to clean out the commercial concrete in the drum. At this time, attention must be paid to safety. After the commercial concrete is discharged, the commercial concrete cement mixer truck shall be restored to its original state.

方法三：用“風(fēng)炮”打碎凝結(jié)的混凝土，然后一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)鏟出來(lái)。

罐體下部要割開(kāi)一個(gè)口，加翻開(kāi)一個(gè)原來(lái)就有用羅絲上緊的一個(gè)封蓋，這個(gè)蓋是讓有需求進(jìn)去工作時(shí)翻開(kāi)通風(fēng)和緊急情況用來(lái)放料的。而在打罐過(guò)程中人在罐里面要通風(fēng)，在裝料罐入口放臺(tái)風(fēng)扇吹風(fēng)進(jìn)去，而“風(fēng)炮”工作時(shí)會(huì)搞起灰塵，又要接上水管淋濕打碎的混凝土。把罐里面的再混凝土打碎鏟出以后再打割開(kāi)部分焊接上，上回封蓋，裝滿水試下轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)能否正常，再少量裝料遞增看液壓機(jī)工作能否正常，一切正常即可以繼續(xù)運(yùn)作了。
