1、檢查自動(dòng)上料混凝土攪拌車密封條有無(wú)大的裂紋，有無(wú)斷裂。如果密封條斷裂了，可以使用粘結(jié)劑進(jìn)行修補(bǔ)。特別是使用密封條專用粘結(jié)劑，很容易就能把大的裂紋條補(bǔ)好。當(dāng)然，如果密封條損傷嚴(yán)重，或老化程度較大，還是更換新密封條省事。

4、車門與車身的密封是一個(gè)比較困難的部位，密封要求比較嚴(yán)，應(yīng)密封的部分比較長(zhǎng)，各密封部位的斷面形狀不盡相同，而且車門啟閉頻繁。在自動(dòng)上料混凝土攪拌車上常設(shè)置3道,4道密封，安裝前支柱及車頂側(cè)橫梁部位的四重密封的構(gòu)造。這種多道密封一般都布置在前門縫里，除具有密封功能外，還有汽車隔音降噪的作用。
