  為了提高水泥的運(yùn)輸效率,減少袋裝水泥造成的資源浪費(fèi),目前絕大多數(shù)水泥都采用散裝水泥罐車運(yùn)輸,因水泥罐車都采用氣力輸送卸料,卸料速度和卸料剩余率是考核水泥罐車卸料效率的重要指標(biāo)。如何保證罐內(nèi)水泥盡量卸完、卸盡,采用正確的方法非常重要。因卸料過程中罐內(nèi)水泥無法肉眼直觀看到,必須借助一些方法才能辨別水泥卸料情況,下面給大家介紹幾種簡(jiǎn)易判別水泥是否卸完的方法:

  壓力表檢查法:散裝水泥罐車在卸料時(shí),罐內(nèi)空氣壓力為1.8~2.4公斤/平方厘米,卸料快結(jié)束時(shí),氣壓快速下降,如果壓力表降到0~0.2公斤/平方厘米之間,則證明罐內(nèi)水泥基本卸完。

  卸料時(shí)間判別法:正常水泥罐卸料速度一般為每分種1~1.2噸,如果水泥裝載重量為32噸,則一般需要半小時(shí)左右卸完,所以可以根據(jù)卸料噸位計(jì)算卸料時(shí)間,這樣前25分鐘操作人員比較輕松,沒有必要長時(shí)間緊盯壓力表或通過其它方法檢查是否卸完。

  空壓機(jī)聲音辨別法:正常卸料時(shí)空壓機(jī)負(fù)載大,空壓機(jī)工作時(shí)發(fā)出的聲音比較沉悶,罐體卸料結(jié)束時(shí),空壓機(jī)負(fù)載變小,工作聲音變得清脆。
