攪拌車更害怕在路上罐子不轉，混凝土一般停罐不能超過2個小時，C40以上級別的混凝土在路上罐子就不能停。

車子啟動后，先讓罐子低速旋轉，圍繞著車檢查輪胎氣壓，看是否有漏氣的胎，檢查是否有石子、鐵釘之類扎在胎里，及時清理干凈。

減速機齒輪油，液壓系統（馬達、油泵、散熱器）的油工作100小時更換，以后每1000小時更換（每年至少更換1次）。

The gear oil of reducer and the oil of hydraulic system (motor, oil pump and radiator) shall be replaced after 100 hours of operation for the first time and every 1000 hours thereafter (at least once a year).

散熱器、傳動軸、滾道、拖輪、主槽轉軸、操縱桿每月加注一次黃油。

Fill the radiator, transmission shaft, raceway, tug, main slot shaft and control lever with grease once a month.
